JOB SUMMARY:Provides advanced administrative and computer support to Director and/or Assistant Director and their departments.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Initiate and follow-up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies. Coordinates with other departments and/or external sources.Generates department correspondence and/or reports. Uses appropriate computer programs to analyze, compile, update and maintain department correspondence and/or reports. Disseminates data/information to the appropriate parties. Prepares expense reports. May create presentations and/or corresponding materials.Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls and mail/correspondence, taking appropriate actions as necessary.May maintain executive(s)' and corresponding department's calendars, coordinate meetings, and/or set appointments. Makes travel and/or training arrangements when necessary.Provides administrative support, direction, guidance, and/or training to department. Serves as a liaison with other departments in acquiring and maintaining technology, supplies, onboarding, work space coordination, sourcing and other logistical needs through standard UO/UPR procedures.Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:High school degree or GED is required.Bachelor's degree is preferred.EXPERIENCE:2 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.Familiarity with UO systems is a plus.Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.Universal Orlando Resort.Here you can.Universal Orlando is an equal opportunity employer.
