As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, you will be part of a small, focused team responsible for business analysis and insights in support of our Less-than-Truckload (LTL) business unit. You will partner with senior sales leadership to help design, implement, and continuously improve the reporting, metrics and analysis that drive action across the seller community. You will also participate in cross-functional projects in Sales Operations that help us increase the productivity of our sales team members. We'll count on your skills and years of experience to enhance our sales force effectiveness, drive loyal customers, and grow our business.

What you'll do on a typical day: Monitor day-to-day performance of the business across various key indicators in support of our sales strategy Provide specific support and guidance to sales team members as they interact with our reporting suite to make sure they are deriving the right insights and actions from those KPI's Look to continuously streamline and simplify our reporting structure for the field Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholder teams internally to solution business problems. Those stakeholders include (but are not limited to): Corporate BI Team, our SFDC Team, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Learning & Development & HR Enable our field team members with the right materials & effective communication at regular intervals and supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review cycles Focus on continuous improvement, reducing manual efforts by automating processes & leveraging team capabilities What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of Sales Operations experience in a business-to-business environment It'd be great if you also have
5 years' experience including 2 years of Sales Operations experience in a business-to-business environment Strong executive presence and proven ability to work cross-functionally leading through data Strong analytical mindset to analyze business problems and recommend automated solutions Preferred experience working in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Business Intelligence (e.g., Looker) tool platforms Availability to travel 10-15% of the time Ideal location: Ann Arbor, MI or North Richland Hills, TX or Charlotte, NC Be part of something big.
