Job Description Responsibilities Make journal entries and analyze GL data in multiple accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, & Encompass).
Maintain account reconciliations and communicate with other functions to ensure accuracy and completeness of general ledger detail.
Prepare related party entries for transactions between multiple entities.
Complete month-end and year-end close processes.
Fulfill audit and review requests as needed.
Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Maintain and improve upon policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and GAAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in Accounting software (NetSuite and QuickBooks preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment for a rapidly growing company.
