The Account Manager is assigned to engage our customers and lead a team at a high-profile client location(s) is responsible for making sure staff provide professional customer-centric services for the people and the property they protect. Drive employee performance and manage a team to deliver customer-centric, service excellence. Understanding the customer's experience is foremost in service, support and engagement. Manage and deliver long and short-term objectives to account within budget. Drive cash flow through effective execution of payroll, billing, and adherence to billing terms. Develop operations account managers. Support and execute training to build a culture of performance excellence and personal growth. Lead proactive resolutions of client issues either personally or with a support team. Drive cash flow through effective execution of payroll, billing, and adherence to billing terms. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Bachelor's' degree required. Law enforcement or Fire or Security Guarding Services industry experience. If Security Guarding Services industry experience, 3+ years of management experience Excellent communication, written skills, and computer skills preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relations with clients, employees, and other departments. Harvard Protection Services offers a competitive salary structure of 65,000 with health & welfare, dental, vision, life and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and 401K Savings Plan. The position is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
