Perform Secondary Production Operations: Tumbling Washing Sorting Honing Drilling Grinding Deburring Electropolishing Laser Printing Assure machinery and work areas are clean and organized at all times. Assist peers as necessary / as assigned by Lead Operator. Document all necessary steps at the time of completion. What you will need: (Competencies, Behaviors and Attributes) High School Diploma or GED. Ability to write legibly. Ability to read and comprehend directions. Strong initiative / self-starter. Attention to detail. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong verbal communication skills. Preferred experiences include: 2 years Production experience. Good Manufacturing Practices / ISO experience. Use of Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures. Mechanically inclined. Strong attendance record.
