Seasonal Store Office SupportLocation: Bellevue, WAHourly position with scheduling discussed with store manager

Responsibilities
• Proper customer facing repair intake• Delivering customer repairs and collecting payment• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction• Check-in and process customer inbound jobs• Provide Rolex job status and service confirmations• Provide job estimates and follow-up as needed• Invoice reconciliation for services• Create service estimates and invoices• Communicate service delays to associates and customers• Manage jewelry and watch repairs from intake to delivery• Operate point of sale (POS) system• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry• Maintain filing system• Perform general administrative tasks• Answer phones and greet customers• Assist with inventory reconciliation• Support sales professionals with repair pick up and payment processing• May hold additional responsibility as a Key-holder• Perform housekeeping duties• Accept additional responsibilities such as Visual Merchandising• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to retain composure and flexibility under pressure• Computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office• Relevant experience preferred• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED• Goal oriented and sales driven• Commitment to outstanding customer service• Strong attention to detail and high integrity• Flexibility with work schedule• Proficient in store operations and policies• Occasionally may need to travel to trainings or meetings• Bilingual is a plus
