Scheduler -- Remote

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and teamwork? We're seeking a motivated Remote Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Salem, UT. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating project schedules and ensuring smooth operations for our GPS/Telematics/Equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying milestones and constraints.
Collaborate with contractors to review schedule submissions and ensure accurate sequencing of work.
Monitor production schedules daily to ensure timely completion of orders.
Communicate effectively with contractors regarding schedule progress and any concerns.
Prepare reports as needed and directed by management.
Adapt quickly to new business environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google programs, with the ability to create and update Pivot Tables and Charts.
Experience managing multiple project schedules and meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
