Use your A nalytical, Inventory, Data Entry, and Planning Knowledge to:
Scale Trucks in and out Gather paperwork from internal & external customers and manually enter into the system Coordinate inbound and outbound load scheduling Assist the Customer Service Rep and serve as a back-up Answering phone calls, communicating via CB radio, faxing, copying and filing in a timely manner Enter and update inbound/outbound loads in BEST Logistics system manually. Associate degree required or equivalent years of experience. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role, admin role; transportation industry experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a Truck Scale house with little supervision Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential. Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical and challenge driven Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with Oracle preferred Proven ability to function successfully with minimal supervision.
