Responsibilities:
Diligently review, verify, and ensure all loan documentation is complete and accurate.
Facilitate effective communication and document exchange among lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders to secure missing information or documentation as needed.
Utilize LaserPro software to prepare essential loan closing documents.
Perform a thorough final assessment of all loan documents to confirm adherence to SBA guidelines and organizational policies.
Manage the signing and execution process of loan documents, ensuring all parties involved are coordinated.
Provide consistent updates and engage with all parties to resolve any issues that may arise throughout the closing process.
Confirm that all pre-funding conditions have been met and all requisite documents are collected prior to loan funding.
Maintain well-organized and accurate loan files.
Deliver exemplary customer service throughout the loan process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SBA loan closing or a similar role.
Profound knowledge of SBA regulations and loan closing protocols.
Proficiency in LaserPro software is highly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
