DevOps Experience : DevOps is a set of practices that combines software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops). It aims to shorten the system development life cycle and provide continuous delivery with high software quality. A developer with DevOps experience is expected to understand and implement these practices.
Deploy Own Code : This implies that the developer should be capable of not only writing code but also deploying it in a live environment. This includes tasks like setting up the environment, managing databases, and troubleshooting deployment issues.
