Responsibilities
• Contact prospective customers and present product information• Conduct machine presentations and demonstrations at store locations• Complete sales documentation and finance contracts• Track and record all sales activity in a timely and accurate manner• Respond to needs of walk-in customers• Collaborate with sales manager to identify interested and qualified customers• Acquire knowledge of Tri-State Bobcat equipment offering and competitive products• Follow up on each sale to ensure customer satisfaction• Maintain an active prospect list• Coordinate delivery of products and conduct field demonstrations
Requirements
• 2 years inside sales or other sales experience preferred• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required• Strong customer service and communication skills• Achievement-oriented and organized• Strong computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
