Responsibilities
• Open up North America market by establishing business/contractual relationships• Undertake market analysis on North America market• Create and implement sales and marketing plan for organic growth• Propose optimization plan based on market feedback and product portfolio• Work with retailers and distributor partners to achieve targets• Manage and evaluate merchandise assortment and research sales potential• Create item and category planning; evaluate assortments• Utilize promotional tools to improve sales and performance• Maintain accurate merchandise inventories and reporting• Conduct retailer audit process and debtor management
Requirements
• Sales and marketing background• 5+ years of merchandising management in high-end merchandising or fashion industry• Extensive networking within the industry• Proven ability to drive the sales process• Ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously• Ability to work in a diverse corporate environment• Strong interpersonal and networking skills• Results-driven and commercially oriented• 50% travel required• Degree qualified and language skills preferred
