About the Role: We're seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for propelling our growth by supporting strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with the Sales team and other departments to identify leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the successful execution of client projects.

Responsibilities: Assist with developing and implementing sales strategies to identify and qualify new leads. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities. Support lead generation activities through research, outreach tasks, and data analysis. Assist the Sales team with crafting compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. Collaborate with internal teams (content marketing, design, development, social media) to ensure smooth project execution for clients. Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing communication. Represent Oneupweb at industry events (as applicable) to network and generate leads. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Relations. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role (or demonstrably relevant experience). Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools like HubSpot. A passion for driving results, exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
