Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by fostering partnerships and introducing our suite of services to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote our services.
Conducting virtual presentations to showcase our offerings to prospective partners.
Guiding prospects through comprehensive demonstrations of our product suite.
Crafting and delivering proposals, ensuring consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients in collaboration with internal departments.
Cultivating and nurturing relationships with referral partners.
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
Prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
Taking initiative in professional development and meeting performance targets set by management.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education/work experience.
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player with a commitment to company goals.
Technology Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with CRM/Sales Tracking systems is advantageous.
Familiarity with HR and Payroll technology solutions.
Experience with isolved HCM is a plus.
Work Environment:
