Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for coaching and motivating others? Are you ready to

ourclientis seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join their team
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 10 or more
-Strong negotiation and presentation skills
-Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and motivate others
-Ability to provide strong professional reports from customers, superiors, peers, and direct reports

Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a mid-to-large team of highly motivated logistics sales representatives
-Drive revenue growth and provide exceptional service to clients
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
-Hire, coach, and develop Account Representatives (AR) to ensure their success
-Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
-Collaborate with other departments to improve overall sales process and customer satisfaction
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales efforts
-Handle any escalated client issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
-Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
-Continuously provide feedback and support to the sales team to improve their performance and
results.
