Application deadline: 4/1/2024 The Opportunity DAT is looking for a Sales Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Customer Support team in Beaverton, OR.
Candidate profile The Authority Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our call-center, providing support to the Authority sales team. This role efficiently manages product and service fulfillment, processing orders using resources such as federal and state references and websites. You'll handle follow-up calls and foster meaningful customer interactions that extend beyond the sale.
What You'll Do Support DAT Authority sales in the fulfillment of products and services sold by the group Track all incoming sales and deliverables Maintain a paper trail of all services performed and maintain it in the teamCRM4. Have contact with customer to obtain information needed for fulfillment and to provide end product Track and maintain all current state forms Maintain contact with state offices to facilitate delivery of sold services Utilize State/Federal websites to fulfill orders Accurately provide pre-filled forms to customers for final processing. Mail completed packages to customers Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner. Handle customer requests/issues per DAT Sales/Support policies and processes. Collect and document customer feedback to assist product managers and engineering staff with product development. Identify opportunities to share product information with potential and/or existing DAT customers and escalate potential sales opportunities. Produce consistently high quality work while maintaining excellent documentation of work completed. Document and update standard operating procedures and make recommendations for process improvement. Respond to inbound calls, emails and chats from customers, and deliver exceptional customer support. Provide back-up support to the product support team Other duties may be assigned by the manager as needed. The Skills and Experience You'll Bring Experience with Siebel and Google Office. 1-2 years Customer Service, preferably in a call-center environment. Prior experience in state and government authority preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
