• Provide outstanding customer service• Promote the value of Total Body Care• Support clinic flow• Help grow and retain a client base• Educate clients on services• Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program• Book clients for future services• Encourage homecare retail purchases• Greet clients and schedule services• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older• High school diploma (or equivalent)• Previous retail or sales experience preferred• Excellent math and computer skills• Ability to multitask• Great people skills• General knowledge of massage and skin care services
