The LucidSales Conciergeis the first point of engagement that will be responsible for answering inbound calls and contacts, fielding basic questions to route potential customers to a local studio or qualifying the customer to Inside Sales team. We are seeking individuals with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor that is passionate about technology that drives sustainability.
The role:
Function as a Lucid Brand Ambassador fielding inbound calls that would be sales or non-sales related
Engage and create rapport with perspective customers by asking qualifying questions to understand the customer to appropriately route to the correct department or studio.
CRM: Meticulously record customer interactions in Salesforce CRM to ensure effective flow of information
Develop deep knowledge of Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
Assist with daily operations as needed
You bring:
Exceptional people skills, communication is key!
Experience in customer facing industry (food service, retail, luxury, hospitality etc)
Patience and professionalism
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environment
Passion for EV industry and building the Lucid brand
Minimum requirements:
18 years old minimum
High School diploma/GED required
Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
Previous experience in a call center, front desk, or receptionist highly preferred
Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with customers, colleagues, and peers
Pleasant, approachable demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail in order to prioritize to meet customer needs
Represent Lucid with integrity and dedication
