Responsibilities
• Cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones• Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescription• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships• Maintain store appearance and keep displays and inventory clean and organized
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators• Basic phone and math skills• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change• Strong communication skills• Self-Motivator with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly• Desire to meet sales goals and achieve results
