Responsibilities
• Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers• Maintaining a clean and organized salon• Cash handling, opening/closing business• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking• Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights & weekends• Customer service experience• Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
