Oversees the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School daily operations.Focused on training the front of house team on providing high quality customer service.Sales focused and accountable for member retention and lead conversion.

Responsibilities
• Directs and controls daily operations according to GSS standard operating procedures.• Helps fulfill daily tasks of the General Manager and department managers.• Manages staff to ensure high productivity and positive employee satisfaction.• Interacts with Deck Supervisors and Golden Teachers on various issues.• Provides sales and marketing training to qualified sales staff.• Provides direction in retail and vending departments.• Trains and oversees private party staff.• Gains knowledge and experience in technology platforms.• Gains knowledge and experience in GSS pool operations.• Directs and oversees implementation of Emergency Action Plan and safety procedures.• Maintains current certifications and stays up-to-date professionally.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred.• Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider required.• Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.
