Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist in research,reconciliation, and resolution of disputed Amazon financial claims
· Compile, track, andmanage financial disputes (deductions) with Amazon through Vendor Central
· Manage weekly pricingsubmissions process via the Amazon Vendor Central portal
· Conduct a daily auditof Product Detail Pages and report issues related to policy compliance, loss ofbuy box, 3P sellers, and PDP content health
· Compile andcommunicate on-site merchandising Proof of Performance
· Ensure Clientcompliance with Amazon policies governing new item set-up, PDP content, andcreation of merchandising assets for onsite promotions
· Manage product qualityprocess and assist with investigation and response to Amazon notifications
· Help manage theproduct ordering process by ensuring that Amazon submits orders for committedquantities, managing Purchase Orders delivery windows, responding to logisticescalations, and coordinating communication between Client and Amazon
· Interface withmultiple internal teams, including marketing, sales operations, finance, andbusiness intelligence, and assist in increasing efficiencies and functionalityin the sales process
· Maintain internalsales and account management documents (promotions roadmaps, promotionsubmission templates, promotion agreements, marketing planner, sales andinsights reporting, etc.).
