This position operates on a rotating schedule, oering 1-2 weeks of work followed by 1-2 weeks o, according to what best suits your lifestyle. While the job is for local residents, the family is open to assisting with relocation for the right candidate from outside Austin.

As a key part of a fully staed home, youll lead educational activities, drawing on various teaching methodologies, with a preference for those inspired by Montessori principles. Your responsibilities will extend to preparing developmental activities and guidance for other nannies during your o weeks, ensuring a consistent learning environment for the child.
