We are currently seeking a Service Sales Representative to develop business relationships and sell our roofing service and maintenance program .

Must live in the Nashville area, position is located at corporate office in Greenbrier Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Generate own leads and business opportunities Focus on our service and maintenance program Make extensive out-going calls to potential customers Visit businesses to create contacts, generate leads, and establish new customers Utilize various media facilitating the sale of our services Provide value to our customers through: understanding the customer's business/needs, offering solutions, and suggestive selling Attend Trade Shows when necessary Hunting to identify new business opportunities within assigned territory Manage existing accounts while consistently generating new accounts Requirements Must be self-motivated and have a hunger to succeed Roofing/Construction sales experience
