Responsibilities
• Ensure residents receive medications and treatments as ordered• Direct NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks• Follow center's policies related to infection control and safety• Complete all charting in PCC daily before end of shift• Complete assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS
Requirements
• Current active LPN or RN state licensure• Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently• Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references
