Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care in the Medical/Surgical department• Work 3x12s or 4x12s shift from 7p-730a• Maintain patient ratios of 1:6-1:7• Maintain accurate charting using EPIC• Follow hospital protocols and standards• Ensure patient safety and comfort• Collaborate with healthcare team members• Communicate effectively with patients and their families• Adhere to South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License• Wear appropriate scrub color (ceil blue or navy)
Requirements
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as Med/Surg RN• Hold a valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License• Must be BLS-ACLS certified• Familiarity with EPIC charting system• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts• Good communication and teamwork skills• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols• Ability to maintain patient safety and comfort• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures• Previous experience with patient care in Medical/Surgical department
