Rn Educator -- Remote

Role Overview:
As a Remote RN Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our clinical team members. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive professional development and education services aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver educational activities that align with our organizational goals and industry standards.
Collaborate with nursing leadership and education teams to ensure effective onboarding, competency development, and ongoing support for staff.
Develop and present educational programs that facilitate the growth and competence of our clinical team.
Identify and address educational needs of staff members, fostering a positive learning environment.
Serve as a resource for staff members, providing guidance on clinical practices and utilizing electronic resources.
Model professional behavior and uphold ethical principles in all aspects of practice.
Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of educational activities, striving for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Director of Education to prioritize training needs and initiatives.
Contribute to the planning, delivery, evaluation, and auditing of educational programs offered.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of three (3) years of hospice experience, with preferred experience in nurse education.
Current RN licensure in Minnesota, with the ability to obtain additional state licensures as required.
CHPN certification preferred or the ability to obtain.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize and facilitate educational programs effectively.
Strong public speaking skills and proficiency in EMR training.
Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to travel as needed.
