We are excited to add a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team! As a RevOps Analyst at Truework, you'll work with various teams and functional leaders in our GTM function to isolate and quantify the challenges faced in a rapidly scaling environment. In this role, you'll be focused on improving our overall deal rigor and helping operationally support our growing sales team.  As you ramp, your responsibilities will increase to include enforcing standard pricing, controlling the provisioning of enterprise services, helping improve our order forms and streamlining other post-sale processes.
At Truework, this means you will work on and impact:  Leverage analytics and work cross-functionally with leadership to identify inefficiencies in our deal processes and operationsDevelop scalable deal processes and other post-sale processes in tandem with other departments.Be a thought partner and counselor to leaders across the business when it comes to deal review and deal strategy.Monitor system adoption, data compliance, and governance.Identify gaps in our post-sale processes and use data to improve adoption of our tools.Improve business processes between sales and finance to streamline billing as business cases continue to develop.Advise on billing calculations as usage as pricing models further evolve.What we're looking for:  2+ years of experience working in an analytical role within revenue, go-to-market, and/or revenue operationsFirst and foremost, a problem solverExperience working cross-functionally with sales and finance Basic Knowledge of Salesforce and Excel / Google SheetsStrong research, analytical, and problem solving abilities, and extreme attention to detail are desired attributes.Experience reading and understanding MSAs, TOSs, SOWs, Order Forms, and other contracted items strongly preferred.About your team at Truework and who you will work with:  Manager:Dave Coduto, leading our Sales Operations function. He works in SF & enjoys spending time with his family, cooking & reading in his free time.Team:Ray King - leading our Sales Training & Enablement function, loves all athletic activities from squash to road biking and enjoys listening to music.Nina Hasbany - our Director of Marketing Operations, who is no less passionate about her data-driven approach to marketing strategy than to roasting her own coffee.Cash Compensation:Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $70,000 - $118,000 based on level of experience for candidates based at our hub in San Francisco.
