Job Overview:
As the Director of Operations Excellence at our company, you'll provide leadership and support to our dynamic Revenos team. From project management to communication and marketing initiatives, your role will be pivotal in driving growth and lead generation across eXp Realty. Working closely with the Vice President of Revenos & Affiliated Services, you'll oversee various tasks and projects aimed at supporting our divisions' expansion. From managing standard operating procedures to coordinating training programs and ensuring effective communication across departments, you'll play a vital role in fostering our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Revenos to support existing and new lead generation projects.
- Maintain accuracy of Revenos Profit & Loss statements.
- Manage Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Procedures, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate REVENOS training schedules and maintain the certification program.
- Ensure alignment of contracts with Legal and Revenos.
- Facilitate communication of REVENOS schedules and events across the organization.
- Oversee recognition programs for birthdays and staff anniversaries.
- Utilize corporate databases for project management and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation, sheets, and forms for data retention purposes.
- Lead all project management initiatives as directed.
- Provide cross-functional and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Ensure compliance and team alignment with assigned duties.
- Maintain accuracy of Google drives and directories.
- Serve as a liaison with other departments to enhance knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Real Estate License preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, lead generation, and operations.
- Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a Profit & Loss statement.
- Relocation experience is a plus!
