A retina practice is looking for an associate on a partnership track. The practice is a highly ethical practice with a do whats right for the patient and hope its profitable mentality. The practice has a single clinic site and does surgery next door to the main clinic. Adult retina care is all the practice focuses on. The new associate will receive most of the new patients referrals. Keeping a manageable clinic volume is important not only to the practice but to the patient population who enjoys conversing with their providers and developing long term relationships. The practice has a low overhead and keeps a well trained and tenured staff. There is no trauma call or general call required, the retina surgeons in the area enjoy a unique and lifestyle focused call system.
