Here is what we believe it will take to do this job well. Set clear expectations for your team. Hold your team accountable to those expectations. Part coach/mentor, part administrative savant. Communicate and coordinate with the other divisions within the team. Here's what you'll be doing: Training and motivating a sales team of 5-8 people Ride-A-Longs with team Setting and managing Goals and KPIs Coach and manage from the team's strengths. Conflict resolution between sales - clients - production. Re-hash and close getable deals. Set individual goals that are in alignment with team goals. Here's the skinny on the pay and benefits. Pay is a combination of base pay, commissions, performance pay, and year end bonuses. The best part about sales is the sky's the limit to your earning potential. The better your team performs the more you make. Reasonable expectations in the first year would be 80,000-110,000. After year one, we expect our sales manager to earn a minimum of $110,000 and real potential beyond $150,000.
After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits. Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days.
