Job summary
Fulfill the obligations of client consultations, project management, and business development.Collaborate with prospective customers to meet their painting needs and build long-term relationships.Work effectively in a team environment to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Maintain open appointment availability for potential customers and achieve sales goals.• Build customer relationships by implementing CertaPro Painters proven processes.• Provide on-site and remote one-on-one customer consultations.• Create customized and detailed proposals for customers based on their needs.• Complete ongoing customer communications.• Ensure local brand presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, and community events.• Participate in regional or national training conferences/meetings.• Maintain documentation of current activities in CRM system.• Prepare weekly analysis of results for goal setting and review with coach.
Requirements
• 2+ year degree in related field preferred.• Prior sales experience in-home sales within the construction or painting industry preferred.• Driver's License with clean driving record.• Sales or related experience.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Goal oriented, organized, and energetic.• Project, time management, and problem-solving skills.• History of accomplishments and promotions.
