We're seeking a highly specialized individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience, equipped with their own tools, and ready to hit the ground running.
Qualifications: General construction knowledge with proficiency in multiple trades. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience. Own tools are a must. No need for extensive training – we're looking for someone who can jump in and get the job done. Certifications are a huge plus, and awards are a bonus. Roles and Responsibilities: Renovation projects, catering to high-end clientele. Well-rounded expertise, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and more. Collaboration with all trades – versatility is key. Maintenance tech or handyman experience is welcome. Working Conditions: Full-time position (43 hours per week).
