Casa Cruz New York , is located in a six-story beaux arts townhouse on 61st Street, between Park and Madison Avenue. Casa Cruz New York has 220 seats across five floors and is open for dinner and drinks. W e are focused on the design, development and operation of hospitality brands that, at their core, are about bringing people together. Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting guests; ensuring a seamless flow through the reservations process Coordinating and communicating with Management openly regarding reservations Speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations Responding to Partner reservation emails in a timely professinal manner Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn Exhibiting a familiarity with daily menus Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment Skills & Requirements:
Being Personable, positive, and gracious At least 2 years in a Reservations or Guest Relations position in a upscale dining setting Knowledge of Sevenrooms and Resy Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction Lift up to 25 pounds of weight Fluent in both written and spoken English Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk and carry multiple objects Please note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
