ALS provides a diversified line of independent analytical services to a wide range of top-tier customers in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, environmental, and food industries. Our diverse laboratories perform routine and specialty analytical testing for compliance, safety, certification and verification purposes. General Accountability: Duties to include general chemistry and metals report generation using LabCoat, BenchSheet, and Excel reporting platforms.
Specific Responsibilities: Production of error free reports. Organization of preparation and analytical data. Tracking of workload due dates. Interaction with lab staff and project managers regarding data and reporting requirements. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Diligent work ethic and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details. High energy level, confidence and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Proficient in computers, specifically Excel. Attention to detail. Desire to produce error free work. Will to work overtime as needed. Required Qualifications: High school diploma. Some college level math classes and chemistry courses preferred. Physical Demands: Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff, management, and clients. Able to sit, and /or stand for 100% of an 8 hour day. Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment. Must have average vision and able to see to read reports and operate equipment.
