Remote Support Representative

As a Remote Support Representative at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients located in the Chicago, Illinois area. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical problems or concerns and provide solutions to customers- Research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide recommendations for product or service enhancements based on customer feedback- Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings

Requirements:- Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction- Excellent research and analysis skills to effectively solve customer issues- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
