Visteon, a leading automotive technology company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote support specialists, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues- Develop and implement strategies to improve remote support processes and procedures- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and feedback- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate as needed- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends in remote support technology- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing team members- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues

Requirements:- Resourceful and reliable with a proven track record of managing remote support teams- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creative problem-solving abilities- Experience in people management, including coaching and mentoring team members- Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
