Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat communication with clients- Assist clients in navigating our online platform and answering any questions they may have- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients for future reference- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
