Responsibilities
• Engage with couples through various communication channels and understand their honeymoon aspirations, preferences, and budget• Review individuals needs and wants for travel and cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book vacations• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation• Stay updated on idyllic and romantic travel destinations worldwide• Offer insights of intimate experiences, hidden gems, and exclusive romantic spots• Review budgets and plan trips according to client's budget constraints• Liaise with airlines, hotels, resorts, and other vendors to secure bookings and ensure seamless arrangements• Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry• Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go• Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.)• Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel• Promptly respond to all travel inquiries• Effectively manage time when researching trips and communicating with clients• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients• Maintain up to date information with clients• Network with tour operators regarding packages that can be offered to clients• Cultivate strong relationships with couples through clear and timely communication
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US• Must be fluent in English• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (sales background a plus)• Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommended• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, but not required• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required• Salary range is $60,000-$80,000 in commission
