Job Description:
Dover, a leading technology company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide top-quality customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Hardworking and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve customer issues- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
