Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:Discover Financial Services is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers to ensure repeat business- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Strong project management and emotional intelligence skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Experience using CRM software is a plus
