AbbVie is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, possess strong emotional intelligence, and have excellent planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed- Ensure high-quality customer service through effective communication and problem-solving- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of customer care representatives- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
