Job Description:Edison International is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and the desire to work remotely. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Updating customer account information accurately- Following company policies and procedures while assisting customers- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and metrics

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Resourceful and passionate attitude- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
