Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote contact center team.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote contact center agents, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the contact center team

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field- Proven experience in contact center management, with at least 7 years of experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and planning skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Motivated and energetic personality- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center software
