Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Affirm. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.- Use data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Lead client meetings and presentations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and services.- Develop and implement client communication strategies to enhance engagement and promote brand loyalty.- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations strategies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management.- Energetic and passionate personality with strong attention to detail and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to drive strategic initiatives.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
