Job Description:
Amphenol is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through chat support for our clients. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat.2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.6. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.7. Adapt to changing customer needs and trends to provide the best possible service.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.2. Proven research and negotiation skills.3. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.4. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.5. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software.8. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
