Job Description:

Texas Instruments is looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in customer service or technical support, who is adaptable, dedicated, and possesses strong leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote chat support agents to ensure timely and effective customer service- Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management- Train new chat support agents on company policies, procedures, and best practices- Resolve escalated customer issues and handle complex technical troubleshooting- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to constantly improve chat support services

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Proven experience managing a team in a remote environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in chat support software and customer service platforms- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
