Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Kabbage, a leading financial technology company located in Washington, D.C. In this part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries related to our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide personalized assistance- Assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform- Educate customers on our products and services, including loan options and repayment terms- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and address customer needs- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required
