Read more:careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Position Summary:The Reliability Excellence intern role will be supporting the Global Reliability Engineering team in the areas such as Data Analytics, training documentation, shared folder documentation related to the Communities of practices (CoP's), Certified Reliability Lead (CRL's) Certifications and supporting the existing marketing strategies and communication plans.Key Responsibilities:Update and Complete the Automated Data Management of the REx Master Plan and REx Maturity Program Data Analytics.Complete the Train-the-trainer documentation for the REx Maturity Program Assessor Template.Update the REx share point.Support the CRL program by performing interactive presentations and following up with the Global REx Community and building the CRL program based on the revamped process for 2024.Support the Global REx team on preparation to the REx week.Distribute the REx Awareness and Inclusion and Diversity Global Engineering and Facilities surveys.Develop and Support the Back-to-Basics marketing strategy and implementation plan.Qualifications & Experience:Must be enrolled in school the semester of and/or during the assignment, as well as the semester following the assignment.Must possess a 3.0+ GPA.Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering with strong computer skills.Junior, Senior or Master's student.Highly motivated, self-driven, organized, and structured individual with the ability to work in a project team structure.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Computer skills (including Power Automate application) as well as MS Office apps.If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
