Job summary
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential one-on-one care to individuals in the home care setting.

Responsibilities
• Provide care to patients in a safe and timely manner using acceptable nursing skill and best practices• Participate in weekly team meetings and coordinate appropriate patient care• Facilitate patient rehabilitation and efficient, quality outcome-driven results• Coordinate with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team• Adjust nursing care plan as needed for maximum patient potential• Provide medication instruction, monitoring, and administration• Conduct patient assessments and develop the patient's plan of care• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aide staff• Communicate changes in the client's medical needs to the physician and nursing supervisor• Complete appropriate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements
• Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance• Current CPR certification
